  • If your emergency is related to fire, smoke, gas or any other hazardous substance, please call 911 first and then your property manager.  

    For any maintenance emergencies during normal business hours, please call the office at: (619) 233-3852

    For after hours maintenance emergencies, please call our after hours number at: (619) 990-3814 

    Please do not fax or e-mail any maintenance emergencies.

    Repairs will typically be scheduled Monday through Friday between the business hours of 8:30am – 4:00pm.
