The Crestview Terrace Apartments are located on Sunset Cliffs Boulevard between Santa Cruz Avenue and Coronado Avenue in the very desirable San Diego beach community of Ocean Beach. Site Description:
The Crestview Terrace apartment complex consists of eight one and two story buildings in a terraced hillside garden setting. Most apartments have ocean views. There are twenty-two units of one-bedroom and one-bathroom apartments with a single two-bedroom and one-bathroom apartment. Parking and storage is available in six single fully enclosed garages and eight double fully enclosed garages. Laundry facilities are available on site.

Current zoning is R-2 (Residential). Zoning by-laws may be obtained upon request.
Improvements:
The apartments have restored hardwood floors, original ceramic tile in kitchens and bathrooms, individual water heaters, wall furnaces, garbage disposals, gas stove/oven combinations, refrigerator, and ceiling fans (some units).
Construction:
The buildings were originally built in the 1940’s. They are of wood frame construction sitting on concrete foundations and pilings. The stucco exterior is highlighted with wood trim, shutters and decorative iron railings. The floors are hardwood on a wood base. The roof consists of composition shingles. The interior walls and ceilings are lath and plaster.
Mechanical:
